I believe "that depends". I was in tyler this weekend on a bicycle tour and was looking forward to ribs at Stanley's but of course, they were out. My back-up plan was to try the turkey which I had taste tested at the Super Bowl Media party. I was not disappointed. Took some home to the wife and we agree (on this at least) that the turkey from Stanley's is the best in the state.
